Make good money every day simply by taking part in surveys or referrals. So even if you don’t want to do surveys yourself, you can always refer people who do.

Time Management For Work At Home Online Moms

Staying home with children while still bringing money home is one of the most common dreams of mothers. Small wonder that more and more of them choose to work at home online instead of in an office. This makes being a mother and an employee at the same time much easier. However, in order to work efficiently, you have to organize your time very well if you are to be a good mother and a good employee.

Your Work Schedule

Once a mother stays at home, all of the sudden it becomes clear that the number of things she has to take care of is staggering. Household problems, children, job and husband often create a Gordian knot and seem to require a mother working 24/7. The good thing is that usually creating a good work schedule for every day separately solves that problem. How to do it? Read on.

Most importantly, make sure that your schedule blocks some time for playing with or talking to children. What's the point of staying at home if you have no time for them? Then, remember that you are not alone at home - you can easily ask your children to help you with all household issues. It would also be a great way to strengthen your relationship. Finally, make sure that your spouse will not feel forgotten. Try to schedule a "date night" every week or two. If necessary, find a babysitter for that night.

Try To Combine Things You Do

Multi-tasking is one of the greatest ideas for a work-at-home mom. Why? Because it saves time. If you can do two things at the same time, it'd idiotic not to do them. For example, you can easily be on the phone while cooking or waiting for a customer to appear. Time is money, but even more importantly, the less time you spend at work, the more time you have for yourself and your kids.

The devil is, as usual, in the details. We know the general rules, we just don't know how to use it in practice. Take a look at these two examples of multitasking - each of them can save you five-six hours a week. First off, remember to make a list of errands. This way you can do everything on your list when you're out. Otherwise you may rest assured that you will forget about something. Another example is doing the secondary tasks such as reading through the offers or emails while doing housework.

Another great idea for moms who work at home online is to employ a timer. When the time for you work is over, simply cease working and create schedule for tomorrow adding to it all tasks you failed to do today. While you may feel that it only postpones your problems, this allows you to avoid spending nights at work and keep you in prime condition all the time. In the long run such attitude always pays off.
