How to Work From Home and Make Money Online

After watching the WP Robot Review by Tiffany Dow I thought that I would check out this wordpress plugin for myself to see if I could actually use WP Robot to make money from home with Amazon, doing nothing but installing the plugin on a wordpress blog.

I purchased this plugin from the wordpress website for about $40.00 and installed it on a wordpress blog. Configuration was rather easy. You simply pick a product or products from Amazon that you wish to promote. You need to be an affiliate for Amazon to earn commissions. Signing up is easy. Just go to the Amazon Affiliate page and put in your information.

Anyway after installing the plugin I searched Amazon for something I would be interested in promoting. I did a little research because I wanted something without to much competition. I finally found a product I would promote to test out this plugin. It took less than thirty minutes to set up the blog with this plugin. You also set how many posts you want per day and the intervals of the posts.I also installed the free All in One SEO plugin from wordpress along with the Wordpress stats plugin to check my results.

After choosing my keywords I wrote a 400 word article and submitted it to www.submityourarticle.com using my keyword in the anchor text and finally I bookmarked my post using onlywire.com.

To help with indexing I placed a link to my new blog on my main site which I have had for approximately six years.

The next day I checked google and the new blog was already indexed. And approximately two days later without doing anything else some of my blogs keywords were showing on the first and second pages on google. I was actually getting traffic to my new blog. This was really amazing.

Approximately twelve days after setting up my blog, I checked my Amazon affiliate stats and to my amazement I had generated 15 sales in less than two weeks of setting up the blog and installing this plugin.

The only problem was that I had chosen a product to promote that cost less than fifteen dollars and Amazon only pay a commission of 4% but the commission rises to up to over 8% as you sell more items.

So my next experiment to make money from home using the WP Robot plugin is to try and find a product the sells for at least one hundred dollars to promote for higher commissions.

All in all I am very pleased with this plugin and will be doing more experiments in the near future.
